16 high school scholars collectively receiving $80,000 in assistance for college

Ed Posh Scholarship Announced Four New Scholarships for 2015

Since 1995 we have provided over $600,000 in scholarships to 85 Posh Scholars and 66 have graduated. In 2015 there will be 16 scholars in school collectively receiving $40,000 in assistance.

Cass Hoffmeister, chairman of the scholarship committee announced the four new 2015 scholars, saying “It was a pleasure meeting so many well qualified candidates. Selecting the final four was a difficult task.”

The new scholars for 2015 are:

Ian Bleuher

Ian Bleuher
a senior at Glenbard West High School plans to pursue a career in Business at the Davis Center of the University of Dayton.

Robert Ciechowski

Robert Ciechowski
a senior from Glenbard South High School, will attend Duke University to study Biomedical Engineering.

Sabrina Mackerell

Sabrina Mackerell
a senior at Glenbard South High School, will attend Illinois State University to pursue a degree in Bilingual Elementary Education.

Kevin Uvodich

Kevin Uvodich
a senior at Glenbard South High School, will attend the College of Dupage for 2 years & then the University of Illinois and is seeking a degree in Engineering.
